Description First line support for the users Answer staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem. Perform hardware and software installations. Administrating the AD , Domain Controllers, File Servers , Exchange Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines Microsoft windowsWin7 and Win 8 . Windows server 2003,2008 and 2012 Office 2003, 2007,2010 and 2013. LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
Qualifications Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications Antivirus and antispyware software awareness. A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP. A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure Understanding of Network fundamentals CCNA /MCSA
