Description - acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
 - managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager
 - booking and arranging travel, transport and hotel accommodation
 - organizing events and conferences
 - reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
 - typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
 - managing databases and filing systems
 - implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
 - liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Qualifications - Proven admin assistant experience at least 1 year experience - Bachelor degree in Business Administration. - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent Computer Skills & Proficiency in MS Office - Flexible to work after working hours when needed. - Ability to maintain friendly, professional office relationships. - Preferably location in New Cairo (Females only).
