Description As a Committee and Communications Officer, you will be trusted with coordinating the activities of a select number of AmCham�s dynamic sector-based Committees made up of and led by private sector leaders as well as communicating their activities to different stakeholders. The role encompasses:
� Coordinating the activities of a number of AmCham Committees.
� Researching topics and issues to be discussed and tackled in Committee meetings aimed to accomplish committees� missions.
� Monitoring current business affairs in order to disseminate issues of interest to Committee members.
� Organizing committee meetings, drafting invitations, following-up on attendance, coordinating logistics with AmCham programs team.
� Drafting meeting minutes, briefs, reports and assist in drafting position papers.
� Drafting editorial content related to different committees and their initiatives for sharing on AmCham website and in the Business monthly magazine.
� Evaluate the work plan of each committee at the end of the term.
Qualifications Requirements: - 1-3 Years of Work Experience (internships and/or work experience preferred) - Degree in Economics/Political or Social Sciences - Multitasker and team player
