Description - Update and manage the Online Shop whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns
- Responsible for achieving value & volumes monthly targets.
- Analyze sales, implement sales promotion.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Analyze websites and document changes required for SEO.
- Monitor social media & prepare a weekly performance report.
- Monitor, on an on-going basis, SBS SEO results and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings.
- Organize and dispatch daily customer orders. Manage refunds and returned items.
- Improving the usability from the visitor point of view and conversion of the company website.
Qualifications - 2+ Years of experience in E-commerce & Digital selling field. - Experience with responding to customer comments & CRM. - V.Good overall communication skills. - Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Arabic, English - Team player - Understanding of order management
