Description his responsibilities entails processing, organizing, and allocating payroll, while setting up salary framework.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
responsible for the payroll process
responsible for deductions and taxation and overtime for staff
responsible for vacations/attendance of the staff
Organize knowledge of the payroll processing systems and modifications in wage tax regulations to develop a confidential relationship with staff
Associate with state, local, and federal tax organizations in lieu of staff to find solutions to issues
Qualifications - males - diploma in human resources is preferred - Proven experience in a relevant field Experience: 2-3 years of increasingly HR experience, especially in health care is preferred
