1-Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer/Computer Science or related field.
2-Experience of 0 to 2 years in IT field.
3-MCSA, CCNA courses/certificates are a mandatory.
4-Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL are a mandatory
5-Motivation to continuously learn and apply new knowledge.
