About the role
EAM Service Engineering Team , local IT helpdesk and General services representitve are the main point of contact within Orange Business Services, for all service related service .
Manage design and IT lab resources ( S/W & H/W) to simulate a real complex entreprise network and VPN’s ( infrastructure and High end servers) Complete track record of lab design , lab configuration , lab problems & limitations and their respective solutions, where available, in the lab tracking database.
Lead regular lab maintenace and upgrades
¿ S/W & H/W upgrades .
¿ Patches and new softwares implementations
¿ SLOs on lab Quality, Reliability , and Performance. Increased Program and lab ability due to regular updates on actions and thorough explanations of quality of service reports.
Identify validation needs and position lab reliability, to increase ability to EAM testing different solution and scenarios for different scope in Orange Business Services networks . Increase brick scope coverage through expansion of lab ability to support originally contracted services.
Participate as an active member of the EAM service Engineering team
¿ assisting in product validation rodmap planning .
¿ increase the lab assets and provide lab needs for future expansion , investement and also provide ROI
¿ cordinate and collect the needs for a reliable and product rodmap validation plan to be excecuted. increase EAM solution potflio Revenue growth through increasing the Team ability to provide more reliable validation and bricks.
Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of all Entreprise network products, services, and solution sets. Ability to act as IT technical consultant to some degree.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the tools, systems, and processes required to provide quality IT lab support. More effective IT lab support support

About you
Degree in Communication , Computer engineering or computer science or equivalent degree
MCSA certification is a must , MCSE is an add plus
CCNA is a must , CCNP is an add plus
Linux + certification or equivalent is an add plus
Excellent knowledge in idesign , implementimg , configuring , troubleshoot and maintain the following :
Project server , Sharepoint , microsoft Exchange , ISA ,VMWare, IBM Domino Server , Linux , Firewalls, IDS , Oracle DB , SNMP servers , LAN Switches and WAN routers , VPN’s & QOS
MCSA certification is a must , MCSE is an add plus
CCNA is a must , CCNP is an add plus
