Description - Develop organizational procedures and systems for office
 - Communicate efficiently with all office clients (students- staff - faculty members - others) to act as problem-solving person
 - Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
 - Order supplies and equipment as needed for the office
 - Arranging travel, meetings and appointments
 - Discussing problems with staff as needed
 - Reporting to management
 - Organizing meetings and managing databases
 - Booking transport and accommodation
 - Organizing company events or conferences
 - Ordering stationery and furniture
 - Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
 - Preparing letters, presentations and reports
 - Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
 - Managing office budgets
 - Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
 - Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
 - Organizing induction programs for new employees
 - Help in reviewing/updating policies
 - Using a range of software packages
 - Attending meetings with senior management
 - Perform another office-based job role as neededed

Qualifications - BA degree in business administration/ communication required - 5 to 7 years of working in a relevant position
