Description To lead the team of final lock assembly and make necessary inspection of supplies to achieve the Groups vision and objectives and to implement the policies and objectives of quality control department.
Apply of occupational safety and health standards.
Support the application of the requirements of Ahram Manufacturing System (AMS).
Measure the skills of subordinates and apply the skills matrix.
Distribute the tasks to subordinates in order to ensure the good utilization of available human resources.
Prepare training plans for subordinates of quality in the final assembly and inspection sections to raise their skills.
Apply of quality control systems to the incoming materials of the factory to ensure compliance with specifications.
Use statistical methods in data analysis to help make the necessary decisions to resolve the cases of non-conformity that appear in the assembly sections as well as for continuous improvement.
Apply of quality control systems on the final product to ensure compliance with specifications.
Examine customer complaints and consumers and determining their causes.
Make inspection of raw materials and products during storage to ensure that their quality is not affected by the different storage conditions and review the methods of storage and handling with warehouse department to maintain the raw materials and products from damage.
Coordinate with the Technical Department in the application of standard specifications on parts and products manufactured and assembled.
Coordinate with the production Department and technical Department in determining the root causes of the defects of the final product that appear on the assembly lines with the necessary corrective actions.
Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Mechanical Department) Previous experience: Practical experience in a similar field for a period of one to three years.
