- Work as a contact support with sales and e-marketing to ensure consistency in all
E-commerce sites.
- Day-to-day management of online customer service for e-commerce accounts
- Create and maintain a detailed product information preparation database
- Create and maintain an online image database
- Regulates and follows relevant information on product preparation
- Help with problem solving
- Communicate with e-commerce team, marketing and sales as needed and assist in all aspects
