Description Supports the Project Director in the coordination of the design review process through the Owners Engineers and AP Technology Team
Supports the Project Director in EPC/PPA/O&M contractual management
Supports the Project Director in the coordination and review of the Monthly report prepared by the EPC contractor.
Weekly reporting to Project Director
Represents the Project Management Team with different stakeholders (Offtaker, EPC Contractor, O&M Contractor)
Ensure proper coordination among all team members (Construction Manager, Site Manager, field supervisors, document controller, HSE team)
Lead weekly coordination meetings with EPC contractor.
Ensure the 3 projects are constructed and commissioned in accordance to the approved design, contractual requirements and project schedule.
Supports the Construction Manager in the coordination of all construction resources (in-house and external) across the three project sites
Ensure compliance with HSE standards in coordination with the local HSE team
Coordinate and supervise the application of the communications procedure and other project procedures
Coordinate the handover of the project to the O&M contractor
Qualifications - Bsc in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineer - Fluent in English - Specific experience in PV/Renewables industry (+ 3 years) during project execution stage working for EPC/IPP company - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Specific experience as Project Manager (+ 3 years) - Good understanding of EPC/PPA contractual management.
