I'm looking for a OD Advisor to work in my team at Orange Egypt. It's a middle Mgt. Post but not people management responsibilities. It's more of a subject matter expert role.
Need solid organizational development experience in the below mainly:
- Organizational design, restructuring and charting
- Job analysis, matching and grading TW is preferred
- HC sizing, planning, and budgeting
- Dashboard reporting and analysis
- Aassessment and validation of HC optimization business cases (make or buy comparison / centralized vs decentralization of certain functions concepts)

Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Strong user of excel, PowerPoint and Oracle HRMS
- Articulate communications and influential skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical capability
- Able to balance between optimization opportunities, employees productivity and business continuity
- Ability to work through others not under direct supervision with high collaboration
