•Receiving applicants CVs &proceed the screening and filing process and divide the previous tasks between recruitment team with daily follow up with them .
•Opening new sources to en rich the database in different positions and locations and maintain Relationship with Recruitment agencies as business partners .
•Review all the recruitment cycle to make sure that all steps were taken in recruitment operation.
•Conduct HR interview, document the interviewing results and recommendation. •Advice department manager’s with interviews results.
