Description - Reconcile billings with AR ledger
- Record and support journal entries
- Communicate with internal parties including Project Management and Tax group
- Provide detailed invoice support to third parties
- Prepare invoices on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis
- interact with the client facing teams to ensure that the necessary legal documents are available for all new, renewed or modified contracts
- Periodically report revenue and billing reports (by client, by product, by segment, etc.)
- Review the impact of revenue and billing entries on the general ledger to ensure that deferred revenue and deferred billing accounts are correctly represented;
- Assist in internal and external audits, by preparing schedules and supporting documents for the respective areas of responsibility
Qualifications Faculty of English Commerce is a must. From 1 to 3 years of experience.
