Description Follows up the relevant parts of the Contract, prepares variation requests, and claims documentation to and from the Client and Consortium Partner as applicable. Oversees the preparation of monthly progress reports and supporting documentation. Ensures timely and prompt service of all notices required by the Contract. Suggests contractual actions wherever they may be necessary or desirable in the interests of Suez and ensures their implementation once approved. Assists in the preparation of Suez Internationals project procedures and steps of validation. Liaises with the Group Contracts Manager on a regular basis and whenever required for assistance and/or advice. Coordinates with Suez Internationals Consortium Partner regarding all critical questions arising from the Client or his Engineer. Reviews and approves the applications for payment from selected sub-contractors / suppliers in association with Project Manager and other team members. Advises the Project Manager and senior management regarding necessary aspects, possibly with the assistance of third parties. Handles in-/output correspondence in conjunction with the Project Manager. Follows up regularly the progress of the payments.

Qualifications Team player with autonomy, flexibility and ability to work on his/her own initiative. The role will involve contact with our Egyptian Consortium Partner, other parties in Cairo such as the Client and its Franco/Egyptian Engineer, subcontractors/suppliers and with our group organization in Spain and France so Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Complete understanding of contractual obligations, rights, liabilities and risks Bachelor degree in Engineering - Civil/ Mechanical Engineering 10 years in contract management preferably in civil engineering and process industries, with formal qualifications in quantity surveying or a related profession.
