Description 1- Prepare annual budget income statements analyzed by customer category, market, item category. etc.
2- Prepare monthly income statements analyzed by customer category, market, item category... etc.
3- Run monthly process of costing
4- Prepare monthly forecasts ( as per requirements )
5- Budget controlling ( Follow up budget limits for OPEX & CAPEX )
6- Following up audit comments to avoid them in the future
7- Highlight main issues of the variances to the management, follow up proper justification. Action plan for avoiding negative variances and applying such action plans.
8- Prepare monthly rations analysis ( specially profitability ratios )
9- Update strategic plan on annual base.
10- Review current allocation bases.
11- Assure all variances presenting to the management
12- Prepare monthly presentations (as per management requirements).
13- Prepare any required reports or analysis.
14- Prepare annual budget analysis.
