Position : Logistics & Customer Service Specialist
Job Function : Logistics and Planning Dept.
Location : Sadat City
Key responsibilities :
• Receive customers’ inquiries from the sales team or customers directly.
• Prepare the loading plan according to the customer delivery plan and the company’s tracks availability.
• Issue and revise invoices.
• Receive the customers’ complaints to take the proper corrective action.
• Analyze the customers’ consumption and help forecasting the new quantities for these customers .
Qualifications :
• From 2 - 3 years of experience in Domestic field.
• Very Good English Language.
• Factories Experience is preferred
• Male only
