Description Purpose: Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is achieved through a variety of tasks related to communication and organization ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.


 Principal Accountabilities:

 - Manages all office administrative work, types and photocopies all required documents
 - Handles all correspondences, receives, classifies and distributes mail.
 - Answer all phone calls, attends to all inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel.
 - Replies to all incoming office emails in a timely manner.
 - Sets the Chairmans agenda including all meetings and appointments.
 - Records, compiles and distributes the minutes of meetings.
 - Develops, edits and produces office official document and brochures in both English and Arabic.
 - Translates documents and reports from/to Arabic and English in a professional way.
 - Reviews, follows up and places the purchasing orders of required office supplies and stationary materials.
 - Develops and maintains an organized archiving system for the office files including confidential documents.
 - Distributes and keeps track of all office equipment, stationary and supplies current levels.
 - Supervises the administrative affairs specialist to fulfill all the office maintenance needs, external payment ( e.g. Overheads)
 - Acts as a liaison between Admin office and departments at the Production Plant.
 - Handles office petty cash.
 - Prepares and updates all staff attendance records, related documents and forms including leaves.
 - Reviews all staff monthly overtime calculations
 - Assists in other HR related tasks.
 - Carries out any additional assignments as instructed by the Chairman

Qualifications Requirements: Minimum education requirement: - Bachelor degree in a relevant field Experience: - One to Three years of experience in Administrative Jobs Skills: - Excellent level of English Language. - Attentive to details - Excellent Time Management Skills - Very Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, Excel…) - Very Good Communication Skills - Very Good Leadership Skills. - Very Good Problem Solving Skills
