Description Recruitment: 

 - Manpower planning in coordination with line managers and setting quarterly recruitment plan.

 -Preparing a pool of candidates in the different required fields and recording them on the database. 

 -Preparing Job Descriptions according to the scope of work required.

 -Setting the recruitment plan and identifying the best recruitment channels and advertising Job Ads.

 -Headhunting potential candidates for some required positions. 

 -Screening cvs, short listing and conducting first interviews with proposed candidates.

 -Updating the electronic cvs database classified according to specialization as well as updating the interviews list. 

 -Preparing job offers and negotiating with proposed candidates. 

 -Handling the orientation programs for newly hired staff as well as exit interviews.


 Training and Organizational Development:

 -Maintains and updates job descriptions and organizational charts for company different departments.

 -Analyzing training needs in coordination with departmental managers, job analysis and performance appraisal. 
 .
 -Prepare the annual training plan according to the identified needs as well as the training budget.

 -Contacting the training providers to select the best suitable as well as prepare the annual training budget. 

 -Managing the implementation of the training program including attendance forms, evaluation of training program as well as evaluation of trainees.

 -Recording and updating company training records on the database.

 -Implementing the performance management system on the employees first day. Create a file for each employee and record the accomplishments, areas for improvement and regular feedback throughout the year.

 -Following up on the monthly and yearly performance appraisal with line managers and recording all data on the database.

 -Monitoring periodic performance appraisal check lists and recording it on the database. 

Qualifications -About 5 years of relevant experience. -Strong experience in applying all HR functions including performance appraisal, training, and recruitment. -Proficiency in English language. -High organization and communication skills
