Admin Assistant For NACITA


NACITA is Hiring “Admin Assistant”
#Job Role:
-Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
-Update HR databases (e.g. vacation and sick leaves)
-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
-Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
-Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
-Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
-Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies.
-Responsible to monitor Office boys and security’s Schedule.
#Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree
-Males Only
-Graduates only (Maximum age 28)
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-Very Good Level of English
