Description - International Move Coordinators are expected to be organized and to be able to maintain their own records, which would typically include enquiries, storage movements, shipment information (dates and details).
 - International Move Coordinators work as part of a team that manages the move process for clients which involves passing relevant information accurately to other team members as part of the coordination of a move , and ensure that the clients requirements and comments and clearly translated to the crew " from English to Arabic and Arabic to English"
 - The Move Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth moving process relating to the clients personal effects/household goods
 - Coordinate with move labor, property management, facilities management, etc.
 - Produce quotations.
 - Processing of bookings after liaising with dispatch.
 - Preparing import and export documentation
 - Deal in an ethical and honest manner at all times.
 - Ensure client satisfaction by providing seamless service.
 - Action insurance declarations in line with Company procedures

Qualifications - Excellent written and spoken communication in English, as well as strong administration and time management skills - Translation skills is a must - As an International Move Coordinator you will be expected to hold good educational qualifications appropriate to skills required for the position. - A basic understanding of business finance, eg. invoicing, margins. - Knowledge of import and export documentation requirements. - Basic knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, project and Outlook) - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to represent a positive and professional image - Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently - Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with others - time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines - Ability to listen, problem solve and find innovative solutions
