Description - To be responsible about organizing all the meetings (internal and external)
 - Line of communication between the Chairman and the departments managers
 - Sending / receiving / organizing emails
 - Responsible for the filling System
 - Help to improve the development of the company
 - Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm
 - Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
 - Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
 - Typing, preparing and collating reports
 - Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
 - Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
 - Managing reception and meeting and greeting client


Qualifications - Experience from 2 to 5 years - Excellent English Language - Very good computer skills - Multi task - Details oriented - Can work under pressure - Strong organizational and communication skills - Friendly, enthusiastic, and hard-working - Have a flexible approach to work
