Description Perform administration work (documentation, courier, etc.).
Organize the time schedules of the drivers.
Organize the transportation of the staff.
Translate letters or reports from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Responsible for the purchase of all office supplies & non-technical materials.
Optimize cost of providing services within the authorized budget
Responsible of creating new accounts with hotels and tourist companies and negotiate presented offers.
Organize all events and general meetings, programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
Responsible for preparing and submitting the Daily, Monthly & Annual Report.
Monitor the Building cleanness and organizing the Admin store.
Follow up with Zamalek office regarding the yearly events gifts (candy box, calendars, etc...).
Responsible for the Administration building maintenance.
Issue the entire needed PR related to the admin stuff (Buffet, stationary, etc�).
Responsible for meetings coordination, preparation & MOM.
Responsible for all contracts (cars, cleaning, Transportation, etc�).
Follow up on the fuel consumption and cars maintenance.
Responsible for collecting the KPIs of the project from different depts.
Responsible for ordering meals for visitors, training & seminars.
Responsible for the petty cash.
Responsible for the official letters sent to or received from the client.
Responsible for the Flight tickets, Hotels & car reservation.
Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills The capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work on your own initiative Attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads Problem-solving skills and project management ability Excellent deal with all Microsoft office related programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and good internet user Very Good command of English, French will be an asset.
