Description - Prepare & follow up testing & calibration laboratories accreditation requirements.
- Ensure that all appropriate processes and documents are developed, implemented and complied with ISO 17025:2017 and Accreditation body.
- Ensure that Management system is well developed, implemented in a good manner, and integrated.
- Ensure existence of appropriate communication between laboratories staff and hence effective management system.
- Participate in preparation & review of quality manual.
- Participate in customer requirements review.
- Review and approve Internal Audit plan.
- Perform laboratories Internal Audits according to the plan.
- Make statistical analysis for testing data.
- Reporting on performance of management system to laboratories manager for review and as a basis for improvement.
- Receipt, record, participate in resolution of all customers complaints.
- Analyze customer feedback.
- Review calibration process uncertainty budget.
- Review of calibration certificates.
Qualifications BSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering field. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Good communication skills. Expert in ISO 17025 quality management system. Expert in measurements uncertainty estimation. Expert in statistical data analysis & process control charts. Expert in calibration process, procedures & measurement traceability.
