Description Evaluate key processes and critical characteristics on new products to enhance quality improvement, initiate appropriate controls. * Evaluate performance and capabilities of key suppliers against the Quality standards, recommend corrective action. * Analyze product performance indicators, initiate and verify appropriate corrective actions. * Act as technical liaison between suppliers and the organization. * Supervise activities of quality technicians. Experience in the application of quality systems, procedures and methods, materials and tools. Good communication skills. Knowledgeable in HVAC products.

Qualifications * PC Literacy. * Ability to apply state of the art quality principles and procedures. * Ability to analyze and problem solve. * Ability to communicate ideas and concepts. * Ability to communicate on a technical level with other members of the organization. * Ability to apply statistical principles. * Ability to apply principles of geometric dimensioning and tolerance. * Ability to lead and guide others.
