Description - Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, Oversee performance of computer systems.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, finding solutions to problems and fixing a major fault on the operating system and replacing parts as required.
- Providing support, and documentation.
- Running network applications to support systems and users and supporting new applications.
- Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Read technical manuals, conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
- Technical support officer for Head Office and stores as assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. - Excellent communication skills and keep up to date on the latest developments and trends in the industry.
