- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Maintain workstations’ operating systems and the LAN.
- Software and Hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrading.
- Perform backups of staff’s computers and server including SQL servers.
- Troubleshooting of systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware /software faults.
- Remotely support 24/7
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science
- 0-2 years of experience
- Good command of English language
- High level of communication skills
