Description * Assisting in all activities to ensure smooth running of the CEO office.
* Organizing daily activities in terms of post, mail diary management.
* Maintain & create files and system for any unit that needs re-organization.
* Monitoring correspondences coming in through the offices CEO emails and forwarding to staff as appropriate.
* Follow up the CEO travelling Business Trips, flights, booking, hotels.
* Taking notes during meetings.
* Drafting daily outgoing correspondences.
* Screening all incoming emails into CEOs office and reply accordingly when required.
* Manage correspondence & communications ensuring prompt responses to important emails & setting priorities.
* Observe confidentiality and ensure important documents are kept safely.
* Updating, consolidating, generating and preparing a directory of the CEOs contact list.
Qualifications Fluent written and spoken English. Excellent Computer skills.

Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills High Level of concentration and deep understanding of various topics in different sectors to ensure the flow of work on daily basis. Excellent communication skills. Hard worker and fast learner. Can work under pressure. Can make significant contribution to our company.
