Receptionist For Hill International

A multinational Company located in New Cairo is now hiring a receptionist. Responsibilities and duties, shall include but not be limited to the following tasks: 1- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately; 2- Booking and Schedule meeting rooms and conference facilities. 3- Sorting and distributing incoming post, organizing and sending outgoing post. 4- Answering, screening phone calls and handling queries. 5- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, translating and copying to management. 6- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers 7- Archiving: organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information. 8- Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor degree - Professional presentable appearance - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Solid communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise - Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure Kindly send your CV with recent photo to ChristineFahmy@hillintl.com
