Description 1. Regularly and proactively, assess regional/global events or potential incidents, which may require the engagement of the companys crisis management program or specific local actions or measures.
2. Assist the Security Manager in all administrative and office matters
3. Assist in journey management.
4. Conduct/ coordinate security Assessments and surveys.
5. Prepare incidents reports and communicate it with HQ.
6. Draft and implement security standards, policies, and procedures.
7. Provide security briefings to all newly arriving staff and visitors on assignmenets.
8. Alerts staff on major incidents
9. Respond to emergency incidents encountered by Staff.
10. Ensure all communications and emergency notification systems are working properly and tested regularly.
11. Maintain and enhance the country travel management system in coordination with the corporate security for all visitors and business travellers.
12. Act as the first point of contact (first line support) for resolving EIMS queries according to corporate guidelines and ISO requirements.
13. Act as focal point for departments section to ensure all documents, records and performance are in accordance with QHSE guidelines and compliant in case of internal;/external audits.
14. To document processes and procedures as required, signed by the appropriate managerial level and in compliance with the document control guidelines.
15. Ensure all documents are filed in physical and digital records.
Contractors Management
1. Prepare Monthly timesheet and review all fixed and variables in the final payroll.
2. Assist the employer in security personnel related administrative issues (Medical, special benefits..etc.).
3. Assist in conducting monthly performance evaluations.
Qualifications - University degree in Business- related field - Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic, orally and in writing is a must. - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point - 1-3 years of experience in multinational organisations, preferablely in Security and risk assessment. - Ability to learn and effectively use related digital programs and tools. - In depth knowledge of the development of the security situation, policies and procedures in Egypt. - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills. - Must be a productive team player - Excellent administrative, time management and prioritization skills - Ability to write effective, reliable and concise reports is required. - Travel and off-hour on-call support required. - Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure
