Description 1. Maintains all records, files, and documentation for account transactions in accordance with company record keeping retention guidelines
 2. Compile financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
 3. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
 4. Assist in the daily operations and in accounts payable and receivable processing.
 5. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
 6. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
 7. Recommend, develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.

Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree in accounting 2. 1-3 years of experience 3. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. 4. Knowledge of financial regulations.
