Description - Prepare a food and beverage variance analysis and communicate / discuss with relevant parties.
- Preparation of the daily and monthly cost reports section in relation to the cost of sales.
- Responsible for preparing and distributing daily food and beverage reports to the Department.
- Check the daily food and beverage income report provided by the income audit to verify the accuracy of the lids and the verification rate.
- Be sure not to issue any materials from the store without the request or approval of the head of the department concerned.
- Responsible for maintaining the price list
- Continually study weaknesses in the controls applied in the restaurant and propose improvements.
- Check and ensure that no materials are released from the store without the request or approval of the head of the department concerned.
- Prepare daily meal cost report for employees.
- Organize and conduct securities and monthly closing procedures and prepare all magazines. Set up the cost panel and related journal coupons.
- Check invoices against receiving the receipt and compare them with the purchase order and purchase order, and to ensure that all invoices are stamped and signed by the authorized person.
- Record the total daily purchase by the chart of accounts and accrual to balance the end of the month with the payment account.
- Make sure that the purchase obtain modern and accurate prices by comparing prices against the quotations of suppliers.
- Check and review the completed applications and ensure that goods are not issued more than required.
- Conduct a surprise check to ensure that goods received according to specifications and that shipments of goods by suppliers correspond to the received table .
- Organize the semi-annual inventory - take all the operating equipment of the restaurant and prepare the details of the loss and quantities of quantities and amount.
Qualifications - At least 5 years preferably in a food and beverage environment - Bachelors degree in Accounting / CMA is a plus - Very Good English - Advanced Computer Skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Office
