Description - Develop and implements policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and developments.
- Plan strategies and developmental plans for the organization
- Coordinate with department managers and GM for the development and implementation of the strategic plans.
- Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology
- Perform all the management functions at the organizational level
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Repair all servers Problems included backup, upgrade, replace Devices, add new rules and emails
- Implement new required emails for new colleagues and Inactivate emails of left employees .
- Develop and implement design for our corporate websites according to needs
- Manage hosting website problems, transfer websites from host to another host.
- Deliver PC and Laptops to new hired colleagues & repair all devices Problem, Software, Hardware, Backup, upgrade to existing colleagues.
- Purchase required equipment for employees after approval.
- Develop Security Standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms .
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Install new cameras internal and external the company.
- Monitor and manage security cameras in addition to repair the connection problem of it .
- Install static IPs in cameras and fingerprint .
- Manage fingerprint procedures included add, delete, fix connection problems and install new device.
Qualifications - Education : Bachelor of relevant field - Language : Good English language - Computer : Good computer skills - Years of experience : 1-3 years of experience
