Description - Following up export shipments.
- Issuing shipping documents and final documents.
- Executing L/C terms and conditions and examining documents.
- Coordinating between Logistics department, Lab and Warehouse to achieve shipping plans.
- Communicating and arranging with insurance companies in order to prepare insurance policies.
- Following up and coordinating with financial department and forwarders for receiving documents related to export subsidy.
- Preparing paying out request for freight invoices and insurance.
- Updating the logistics database and sending report to Logistics Manager.
- Follow up the temporary release database for imported materials according to the instructions of the Logistics Manager.
Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial environment. Alex resident
