Description - Managing the daily activities in the office & handling appointments, meetings, events & visitors.
- Preparing the official correspondences, letters & forms.
- Handling courier agents (documents, samples, correspondences, ...).
- Handling incoming calls.
- Preparing the daily schedule for the public relations department.
- Arrange the weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual meetings.
- Issuing minutes of meetings.
- Handling / collecting the internal reports from the active departments.
- Preparing / arranging companys presentations.
- Initiating & following up the tasks and monitoring with md the efficiency with regular feedback & reports.
- Organizing & managing the filing system.
- Handling the foreign visitors: receiving, preparing the schedule, arrange the accommodation (hotels, dinners, transportation) , �. etc.
- Handling / preparing the conferences & seminars.
- Handling the attendance process & vacation requests.
- Preparing & follow up the company internal rules.
- Assist the management to build efficient & healthy atmosphere.
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree. - Professional attitude and appearance. - Business Oriented - Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills. - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Ability to rapidly build relationship and set up trust - Excellent presentation skills. - Alerted with ability to work under pressure - Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences - Willingness to work flexible work hours - Fluent in English (spoken/written) - Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
