Description - Forecasting of product quantity needs based on previous history and upcoming demand, Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments and Working closely with the project Manager.
 - Analyze and gather data from shipments, facilities, brokers, vendors, and compliance, to develop weekly tracking reports, outline/schedule for All open orders.
 - Reviewing Egyptian product standards and import laws/ regulations ensuring that the products ingredients meet these specifications. Work closely with the supplier to do necessary labelling and documentation of the products according to Egyptian import laws.
 - Coordinating between shipping, insurance company, and the supplier to ensure orders are fully executed from point of origin to final destination.
 - Contact with the supplier preparing and reviewing import documentation to ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation and timely preparing of import documentation for all air and sea shipments requirement.
 - Working closely with the accounting department to determine and recommend shipment costs and fulfilling bank transactions for the suppliers.
 - Follow up with the customs clearance agent to ensure timely release and delivery of products to our warehouse, including working closely with him to insure proper product classification and solving all problems that might arise.
 - Research foreign and local import/export regulations as it relates to companys import/export activities, monitors regulation changes, takes necessary actions to ensure company compliance.

Qualifications Applicant must have the following: - Proven work experience Not Less than 4 Years up to 5 years in the logistics, - Professional attitude and appearance. - Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills. - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Ability to rapidly build relationship and set up trust - Good negotiation skills - Alerted with ability to work under pressure - Bachelors Degree with minimum grade of "Good” - Fluent in English (spoken/written) - Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
