HR Specialist:
Job Description:
-Develop new & revise current Organizational Charts and Reporting System.
- Creating the existing detailed workflow processes for the client as well as recommending enhancements including the accountability matrix.
- Design of the Organization Structure of clients through various questionnaires.
- Develop new & revise current Job Descriptions and Job Profiles.
- Develop new & revise current HR Policies and Procedures.
- Job Analysis and evaluation
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience years
- Manufacturing, production or FMCG background is a must
- Fluency in English is a must
- Word, Excel, and Powerpoint User is a must
