Chloride Egypt is now hiring IT help desk
Location : Abu Rawash , Giza
Duties :
1-Troubleshooting software and hardware for computer, lab top, switch, Access point, scanners, printers.
2-create user in active directory and group policy.
3-creating finger print and handling with the software of Print Device (ZK).
4-installing SAP Application, Windows updates, any other needed programs on company‘s PCs.
5-VM Ware Workstation
6-Responsible of Trouble shooting of network.
Requirements :
bachelor's degree of computer science
at least 2 years of experience in IT Field
