Description - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance ,pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Support business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the company
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain compensation and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Administer health ,social and life insurance programs.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Administration Masters Degree in Human Resources Must have skills such as: - Ability to Lead & Manage Employees - Participating in employee discipline - legal appeals for terminated staff - Sensitivity in Handling Confidential Issues - Good Oral & Written Communication Skills - Experience with Benefits - Excellent Leadership skills to provide guidance &assistance to employees within the department as well as throughout the company.
