GB Auto is seeking to hire Service Support Specialist with the following Responsibilaties: 1- Responsible for innovating and implementing new ideas to increase service revenues, preparing and launching for all marketing campaigns, handle the service appointment application, negotiate and communicate with the brand managers to launch campaigns on time. 2- Follow up Social media, websites and application (If applicable) for all brands 3- Follow up Customers complaints on Facebook owner’s groups for all GB brands 4- Monitoring and coordinating call center activities with Service centers 5- Work on new service activities to increase customer retention 6- Organize aftersales events and ceremony’s Requirements: 1- Bachelor’s degree in any related area 2- 1 to 3 years in reputable business company working as marketing coordinator preferable in automotive sector. 3- Excellent follow up skills, Negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills, creative, Problem solving and critical thinking skills, committed to dead lines 4- Profession MS-Office, Profession in using internet specially on Social media 5- Excellent command of spoken and written English CVs shall be sent on mostafa.ramadan@ghabbour.com mentioning the subject with "Marketing - Support"
