Description -Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations at one or multiple work sites, to organize the workforce and equipment, maintain the quality of work, and resolve issues regarding the stated - Assure work quality and complete customer satisfaction with services rendered - Distribute staff according to operational requirements - Liaison between HK and HR regarding HK staff needs and requirements - Create monthly stock orders for clients
 Perform monthly inspection and inventory of supplies and equipment - Conduct Monthly Staff meetings - Review annual leave schedule - Create Training Distribution List - Manage HK Trainer schedule - Defend company interests in front of clients

Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping field (specially hospitals - Strong personality - Leadership skills - ability to work under pressure.
