Admin Receptionist For Al-Rabat Business Group

Al-Rabat Business Group, is seeking to hire a Dynamic - “Admin Receptionist” by following criteria: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes Preparing meeting and training rooms. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks Scheduling appointments Maintain office equipment, handling the office suppliers Professional / Academic requirements: Bachelor Degree From 3 – 4 years of experience at the similar role.
