Recruitment Specialist For Mido International Trading Team

A Recruitment Specialist is required to join Mido International Trading Team at Obour Premises : Job Duties: - Implementing the development & planning recruitment strategies and workforce . -Finding the resourcing solutions based on best practice. -Ability to utilize various job posts and social media platforms to post jobs and source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline. -Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, database and recruitment websites. -Schedule interviews with the selected candidates. - Conduct interviews to assess the required job competencies for the selected candidates through competency based questions, English tests and computer tests if required. -Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer to the selected candidate and negotiating employment terms. -Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management or supervisory personnel. -Submitting all required reports (Turnover report -Time to fill-Cost per hire).
