OR Nursing Supervisor For Andalusia Group

Looking for "OR Nursing Supervisor" Qualifications: - BSc in Nursing or Nursing Institute - Experience in a private Hospital - Must Have Experience in OR unit at least 3 years in the same layer Key Responsibilities:- - Planning & Monitoring Process - Direct organizational plans and methods of communication according to hospital policies and objectives. - Follow technical nursing research for nursing care through the holding of rarities and lectures presenting clinical cases. Operational Excellence Process - Follow up the implementation of nursing policies and procedures. - Leadership and evaluation of the work of nursing leaders and evaluation of health work in the district. - Holding periodic meetings of nursing leaders, heads of nursing departments and experienced scientists. - Review section needs assessment Work Location: Maadi / Cairo Working Conditions: 6 days /week, 8 h.
