We have a vacant position as: Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant Job Description: - Controls customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. & maintaining up-to-date billing system - Follow up, collection and allocation of payments - Formulate financial annex for standard payment plan against selling the policy as well nonstandard payment plan - Apply account receivables process against authorized policy - Handling all customer’s issues in coordination with the Sales Operation department - Maintain the monthly analysis of all general ledger accounts relating to sales, accounts receivable - Monitoring customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities Requirements: - Willing to work in Sheik Zayed, October City or Fifth Settlement offices. - 2 to 5 years accounting experience (Real Estate field is MUST Bachelor degree in accounting or finance - Excellent MS Office skills ( Excel and word ) - Attention to details - Strong mathematical skills - Very good command of Arabic and English language (**) accounting - accounts - receivables realestate - Candidates who fit the profile are to send their CVs to suzan.azzam@mavendevelopments.com
