#Account_Executive - Location: hashtag#Maadi Job Description: -Respond to Clients' telephone calls. -Open, prepare and distribute incoming correspondences. -Manage customer relationships and ensure the delivery of great service. -Provide clients with the necessary support needed. -Keep account information in relevant files and databases. -Provide general administrative support following tasks are given by the manager to meet deadlines. -Other tasks as assigned Requirements: - hashtag#Pharmacy graduates is a hashtag#Must - From 2-3 years of experience in sales/customer service role, preferably in the hashtag#Medical_Insurance field. -Exceptional verbal communication skills. -Strong interpersonal skills. -Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve. -Excellent command of written & spoken in English.
