Billing_Specialist (Telecom) FlairsTech is hiring Billing Specialist Responsibilities : -Escalation point for fixed/wired and wireless billing and disconnect discrepancies -Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices. -Keep a record of client accounts with updated charges to the account. -Make note of any payments made or missed. -Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines. -Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients. Requirements : -BSc Degree in accounting or finance. -Prior experience as a Telecom Billing Specialist. -Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Detail oriented. -Adherence to instructions.
