Canal Sugar is hiring for "Social Officer" in our Minya site with below job responsibilities: - Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business - Implement CS social management procedures and ensure compliance of CS’s operations with national legal requirements and international performance standards. - Interface within surrounding communities to effectively communicate information about the Project and issues/concerns within communities - Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the CS within communities - Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between CS business and the other entities.
