*Job description:
- E-commerce channel cooperation, including: customer relationship maintenance, business negotiation, price management, payment collection, complaint handling, etc.
- E-commerce business daily management, including e-commerce resource docking, order management, price monitoring, e-commerce platform advertising resource monitoring.
- E-commerce channel sales monitoring, including online channel inventory, sales statistics, competitor prices and promotional policies.
*Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- From 2 to 3 years of sales experience with e-commerce channels.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiar with e-commerce operating procedures, with Egyptian e-commerce sales experience is preferred.
- Have good interpersonal communication skills, coordinate and integrate Internal and external resources.
