Senior IT Specialist acting as IT Head .
The job duties of Senior IT specialist includes:
1. Managing consulting services in software, Firewall, and ERP to companies, and support them to improve the current solutions or develop new ones
2. Managing the IT needed support for all the employees and monitor the work of the cameras in the branches in different sites to maintain network availability 24 H*7 D.
3. Managing the installation and administration of the software process
4. Managing the Firewall installation and maintenance process which provides the best degree of security
5. Managing the all process and operation of Backup and restore.
6. Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
Requirements:
1. ERP Background is a must.
2. Very Good in English
3. Experience 5-7 years in the same position.
4. Resident near to Nasr City is preferred.
Details:
1. Location: Nasr City
2. Salary: Negotiable
3. Working hours: from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
4. Off day: Friday
